Audrey Fauroux Partner

A graduate of Toulouse Capitole University, Audrey Fauroux began her career with Mazars in Paris before joining the New York office, in Audit and Transaction Services. Audrey Fauroux specializes in assisting investment funds and companies with mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

She works mainly in the Industry, Services, Technology, Energy and Retail sectors. She was then SVP Finance US of a consulting group and particularly active on the Board of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in New York from 2018 to 2022. On her return to France, she joined Mazars' Transaction Services team.
